Nope.  We have the exciting vibe of a start-up, but all the wisdom that comes with an established business.  allmybenefits® Marketplace is actually powered by intellicents® using Clarity technology, an employee benefits consulting firm whose roots stem back 40 years.

Our sweet spot is employers with 50 to 1,000 employees. Our largest client has over 2,800 employees, and we have numerous clients with less than 25 employees. 

Q | DO I GEt A CHOICE OF BENEFIT PLANS AND CARRIERS TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO MY EMPLOYEES?

Yes. You can keep the exact benefit programs, carriers, and providers that you have today. Or you can work with our Consultants to explore alternatives that may better fit your employees’ needs, or that are less expensive. Bottom line, we're here to save you cash and headache.

Q | ARE YOUR PEOPLE FULLY LICENSED?

Of course! Completely licensed, and non-certifiable.  You see, we like to have fun, but in all seriousness, our team of experienced Consultants and Relationship Managers have all the appropriate insurance and investment securities licenses to service you and your employees.

In a nutshell, our allmybenefits® Marketplace is an online benefits administration system that also includes robust decision support tools to help your employees enroll in a benefits program that best fits their actual needs.

Now you may be thinking this sounds like your current HRIS system through your payroll provider or the ben admin system that your current benefits broker has brought to you.  Well our allmybenefits® Marketplace provides your employees a Personal Benefits Shopper.  They answer a few questions about their health, finances, and personality, and then receive a personal recommendation on a benefits package that fits their needs and budget.  In addition, our team of experienced advisors will provide one-on-one consultations to assist your people with their benefits questions and needs.

Q | HOW CAN ALLMYBENEFITS® HELP CONTROL ALL THE RISKS OF OUR BENEFIT PLANS?

We can make your benefit costs predictable.  In addition, we can take all the fiduciary responsibility of selecting and monitoring the investment funds in your retirement plan off your shoulders.

Q | HOW CAN ALLMYBENEFITS® HELP CONTROL OUR HEALTH INSURANCE COSTS?

We can take away the annual “juggle” of your health insurance costs.  Every year you either pay more, change carriers and plans, limit coverage, or shift costs to employees.  We will help you set a “Benefits Budget”, and then work with your employees to help them control their budget by providing them our allmymoney Financial Wellness app.  People spend money more wisely when it’s their own.

Q | WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE STRUCTURE FOR MY FINANCE AND HR STAFF?

You will have a Consulting Team that will quarterback our relationship with you.  In addition, both a Group Insurance Relationship Manager and a Retirement Relationship Manager will be assigned to you to assist with day-to-day employee benefit questions/issues and lead employee education/enrollment efforts.

Q | DO I HAVE TO CHANGE ANY OF MY CURRENT BENEFIT PROGRAMS IF I CHOOSE TO GO WITH YOU?

No, but you can. Sometimes a change can lead to even more savings. Talk to one of our allmybenefits® Consultants.

Q | IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE WITH THE SAME APPROACH TO BENEFITS AS YOU?

Yes. The most notable at this point is Zenefits out of California that has recently entered the upper Midwest market. We encourage you to compare our service to theirs. Then, well, let's be honest...we can't wait to hear from you.

Q | WHAT CARRIERS ARE YOU LICENSED WITH?

Good news! allmybenefits® can work with any carrier or insurance company.

Q | HOW WILL MY ANNUAL HEALTH CARE PLAN RENEWAL BE HANDLED?

Your allmybenefits® Group Insurance Relationship Manager will be responsible for compiling the renewal package on all your group insurance benefits. After internal review and analysis by your allmybenefits® Consultant, the finalized renewal package (including any necessary competitive bids) will be delivered to you in person for a thorough review.

Q | CAN MY EMPLOYEES GET HELP ON WHICH HEALTh insurance PLAN WILL BEST FIT THEIR NEEDS?

Yes.  Our Bright Choices Exchange offers them a number of health plan options – plans that provide good coverage with low deductibles, and plans that have low premiums with higher deductibles.  Our “Tell Me More” education resource hub has articles, videos, and FAQs that explain insurance terms without jargon.  Our online Personal Benefits Shopper will recommend a plan that fits their health, wealth, and personality; or they can meet with our professional staff in person, or call us to get all their questions answered on their entire benefits package.  We put the control of personal decisions in their hands, but give them both technology and in-person help to make their choices.

Q | WHO WILL BE THE ADVISOR AND/OR AGENT ON MY PLAN?

WE will.

Q | CAN YOU REDUCE MY FIDUCIARY RISK FOR MY RETIREMENT PLAN?

Sure thing! We can take on all fiduciary responsibility and risk of selecting and monitoring the investment funds in your retirement plan off your shoulders.  Some call it risk-aversion, others call it 3(38) services - we answer to both.

Q | WILL I HAVE A CHOICE OF INVESTMENT OPTIONS WITH MY RETIREMENT PLAN?

You betcha. Our investment professionals (yes, some from the Minnesotan tundra) can search the entire fund universe for suitable options for your retirement plan.

Q | WHO WILL MONITOR THE INVESTMENT OPTIONS IN MY RETIREMENT PLAN?

We will. Our investment professionals, led by our Chief Investment Officer, will either assist you with this fiduciary responsibility, or will completely take on this fiduciary responsibility for your plan. Either way, quarterly, you will receive a report card benchmarking the performance of your retirement plan’s investment options, along with any recommendations or actions taken.

Q | HOW WILL MY EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW MUCH TO SAVE FOR RETIREMENT?

Every year we will provide your employees with a Retirement Readiness Report, detailing not only how much money they will have to accumulate to have a comfortable retirement, but also how much they need to save to get there.  In addition, our team of retirement professionals will come onsite to answer your employees’ retirement questions.

Q | CAN MY EMPLOYEES GET HELP ON HOW TO INVEST THEIR RETIREMENT PLAN MONEY?

You can bet on it! Our Consulting and Relationship Management staff is fully licensed to help your employees with their retirement plan investment needs. This service is available both during our onsite one-on-one consultations, and also via toll-free telephone access. AND… at termination of employment or retirement, we have a specialized group of wealth management investment professionals to assist with your employees’ questions and investment needs.  We call it allmymoney® and we're standing by to help your employees with it all.

Q | HOW WILL THE allmybenefits® Marketplace HELP MY EMPLOYEES WITH THEIR BENEFITS QUESTIONS AND DECISIONS?

The allmybenefits® Marketplace helps employees easily select a benefits portfolio that meets their coverage needs. With robust, simple to use decision-support tools and educational materials, allmybenefits® is there for employees, all year round. It guides employees to select the right coverage for themselves and their family - and makes it simple and enjoyable. Just the way we believe employee benefits shopping should be. The individual simply has to complete the following:

 

  1. COMPLETE A PROFILE – Employees fill out a simple questionnaire about their health, wealth, and personality.

SHOP FOR BENEFITS – Next, they receive a personalized recommendation based on their answers. Employees are then free to choose the recommended portfolio or continue to shop for benefits in the marketplace.

  1. Once enrolled, employees can access information about their benefits, track expenses, and make enrollment changes due to life events.
